TimeCapsule C750+ Aluminum Alloy Hyperbaric Chamber Premier Edition Limited
MedEq C750+ Capsule Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
The MedEq C750+ is our upgraded, traditional capsule-style hard-shell hyperbaric oxygen chamber custom manufactured to MedEq Fitness specifications. It delivers true 2.0 ATA therapeutic pressure with an integrated high-flow oxygen system, advanced air purification, and full environmental control in a compact, luxury-grade footprint.
Designed for use by fitness enthusiasts, athletes, clinics, recovery centers, med-spas, and serious home users, the C750+ combines medical-grade engineering with physician-led curation, including an optional red light panel, optional full BIBS oxygen delivery system, standard upgraded host unit (air compressor + oxygen concentrator + air conditioner all in one), and intelligent dual-screen controls.
*We do not recommend combining the optional red light panels and BIBS together in the C750+ due to the reduction in internal volume for the occupant. We recommend either one or the other, but not both.
Key Features
True 2.0 ATA therapeutic pressure
Capsule-type hard shell chamber rated up to 2.0 ATA (≈2 bar) for higher-intensity protocols.
- Capsule-type hard shell chamber rated up to 2.0 ATA (≈2 bar) for higher-intensity protocols.
- Factory KX-Y01 configuration supports a 1.9–2.0 ATA operating range for flexible clinical and wellness use.
Compact capsule design
Internal capsule length ~2000 mm (78.7 in) with a spacious monoplace layout in a compact footprint.
- Internal capsule length ~2000 mm (78.7 in) with 750 mm (29.5 in) diameter for a spacious monoplace layout while maintaining a small footprint in the room.
- Recumbent “pod” design supports a comfortable lying or reclined position.
Upgraded oxygen system & flow capacity
High-purity PSA oxygen system identical to the C900+, optimized for a smaller cabin volume.
- PSA oxygen generator delivering high-purity oxygen (≈93% ±3%) at therapeutic pressure.
- High-flow output (up to ~15 L/min at 2.0 ATA, unit-set) feeding the BIBS system for stable oxygen delivery during the entire session.
- Oxygen pressure at the host typically in the 120–140 kPa range (behind the BIBS regulators), engineered for reliable performance under load.
All-in-one host unit: compressor + oxygen concentrator + AC
Single external host powers the entire system, reducing clutter and simplifying installation.
- Single external host powers the entire system:
- Oil-free air compressor for pressurization
- PSA oxygen concentrator
- Integrated air-conditioning for cabin temperature control
- Reduces clutter and installation complexity compared to separate components.
- Intelligent host control with automated pressurization / depressurization curves.
Optional Upgrade: Built-In Breathing System (BIBS)
Add an optional BIBS (Built-In Breathing System) for advanced mask-based oxygen delivery while helping maintain safe ambient oxygen levels inside the chamber.
- BIBS delivers high-purity oxygen directly through a sealed mask instead of enriching the entire chamber air.
- Supports safer operation by helping keep cabin oxygen closer to room-air levels.
- Dedicated supply and exhaust pathways help manage exhaled CO₂ and maintain a controlled in-chamber atmosphere.
- Ideal for clinics, recovery centers, and advanced home users who want protocol-driven oxygen delivery.

Multi-stage air filtration & ionization
Multi-stage intake filtration and ionization help keep cabin air clean and fresh.
- Multi-stage intake filtration prior to cabin delivery (particulate + advanced filters) to help remove dust and airborne contaminants.
- Integrated air purification with negative ionization to help freshen incoming air and improve perceived air quality inside the chamber.
- Cabin oxygen diffusion kept at or below 23% to align with safety norms for fire risk mitigation.
Environmental comfort & noise control
Integrated cooling and quiet operation create a comfortable in-chamber environment.
- Integrated cooling via the host’s air-conditioning loop to maintain comfortable cabin temperature.
- Engineered for quiet operation with low internal cabin noise; typical host noise kept in the ≤50 dB range so users can relax or use media devices during treatment.
- Stable cabin humidity around ~26% for consistent comfort.
Smart control & communication
Dual control screens and wireless intercom support full duplex communication and control.
- Dual control screens (inside and outside) for full duplex control by both operator and user.
- Wireless intercom built into the capsule so staff can monitor and communicate with the user at all times.
- Intelligent programmed pressure curves with manual override and emergency depressurization options.
Safety systems
Aircraft-grade aluminum alloy shell with redundant safety valves and emergency depressurization.
- Hard-shell capsule constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy engineered for pressure vessel applications.
- Redundant safety valves and pressure relief hardware for over-pressure protection.
- Emergency stop and rapid depressurization features to bring the chamber back to ambient pressure quickly if required.
- Designed to align with international mild-HBOT best practices for 2.0 ATA class systems (when installed and operated according to manufacturer guidance).
