WARRANTY:
Private Pilates™ warrants that its products shall be free from manufacturing defects upon delivery. The wooden main frame is guaranteed for 10 years, while the pipes are guaranteed for 2 years. Consumable materials are not covered under warranty. Any defects, flaws, or deformities in the ordered equipment must be reported to Private Pilates™ as soon as possible after discovery and, in any case, no later than 8 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping
Fast, Reliable Delivery We aim to ship most standard orders within 5–10 business days. For large equipment like saunas or hyperbaric treadmills, please allow 10–15 business days for processing and shipment. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive detailed tracking information via email. We currently ship across the U.S., with select international shipping options available upon request.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on the product. Custom or used items are considered final sale.
